
Watermelon Lime Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 2 TBS honey
- Juice of two limes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or in standard ice cube trays, dividing equally. Freeze overnight. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Keep frozen.)
*These popsicles are a great fat-free snack, made with lots of naturally sweet watermelon and natural sweetener from honey.

ReplyDeleteThis is a great recipe that I will definitely try when the weather gets warmer. Watermelons are in abundance in this area, and this would be another way that I could use them.
